Bitch (transitive verb) —
1. To bitch: As a female athlete, to leave a male athlete in the dust. To mercilessly pass him.
"I bitched six guys on the climb up Emigration Canyon this morning."
2. To get bitched: As a male athlete, to be passed by a woman.
"Oh no, dude! She passed you like you were standing still. You totally got bitched!"

Personally, I much prefer "to chick, or get chicked" ... exact same meaning, but not quite so negative.
I prefer to save bitch for people who deserve it.
But that's just me, I guess.
In fact, now that I think about it a bit, perhaps an even better term is "to grrrl or get grrrled" ...
Whether from Marge Piercy, or the Riot Grrrl scene coming out of Portland, Seattle, and D.C. in the 1990s, "grrrl" is about women's empowerment.
I think one of the best definitions I've ever found is as follows:
"Riot Grrrl is not about hating boys. It's about loving girls and loving [one]self ... not about the cool hip punk rock scene. It's not a fashion statement. It's not a haircut. It's not lesbian/bisexual/straight. All it is is a group of females reclaiming their freedom, spitting on the status quo, and tired of being told that a man's opinion is all that matters. Destroy the beauty myth. Live free now. Fuck shit up."
But I'm a man, so maybe I shouldn't be saying anything.
All I know is that I'd rather get grrrled than bitched.
